A number of people have asked me to share my Gallery2 theme for this website, which I am happy to do.

Instructions:

• You can download the theme here (82kb).
• Unzip the files into the /gallery/themes folder, go to Gallery2’s “themes” admin page an install and activate the theme.
• Make sure to edit the file “theme.tpl” with your name (search for “your name here” and replace it with your name).
• Open the image dp.gif (for the top left corner) and replace it with your name
• Go through the Theme settings to define how you want your links (dropdowns, lists, sidebars etc.)
• That should be it….

Notes:

• Requires Gallery 2.1
• Please note that this is more or less a hack of Gallery2’s standard theme, it is not checked for total HTML or CSS validation, not to speak of other more drastic code checks.
• The theme works fine in IE6 and Firefox 1.x and has not been tested with other browsers.
• If somebody does all the cleanup I would appreciate a copy of the new files
